Hello, I cannot praise Fredy Rodriguez highly enough. I have bought and sold about five houses in my life and used the services of a number of realtors. Fredy Rodriguez is the most hard-working and competent realtor that I have ever met. He assisted me at every step of two difficult and drawn-out recent closings with sale of my old house and purchase of a new one. If it weren't for him, neither of these sales would have happened. I have to mention that there was not a great financial reward for him to do this. Yet he gave unstintingly of his time and was always available when I had questions or needed help. He also is extremely knowlegeable and realistic about the Coachella Valley real estate market and is very well connected to all real estate support services, like escrow agencies. He also knows all the services that can help with house repairs necessary for closings. I had extremely fussy FHA requirements for my house to close. With Fredy's help, we met them all and the house successfully closed. If you need a realtor in the Coachella Valley, please choose Fredy Rodriguez. He is the best.
